User will need ensure they have been correctly invited to access this feature, the role is called: Reporting Dashboard Access.

Accessing Metrics

To access the Metrics dashboard, you must be logged in through qdoctor.io (the metrics dashboard is not accessible through Q health).

Once logged in you will be taken to either the Clinic Dashboard or Organisational Dashboard.

To access the metrics dashboard you will need to press your name in the top right hand corner which will display a drop down list and select Metrics.

If this is the first time you are accessing the dashboard you will see the following:

Create Default Dashboard

Pressing Create Default Dashboard will create a dashboard called 'My First Dashboard'. Selecting this will show all the 14 metrics that are available on the platform:

Appointments per month by organisation - this graph is related to pre-scheduled appointments at an organisational level
Average appointment duration per month by organisation - this graph is related to pre-scheduled appointments at an organisational level (Appointments over 4 hours long are not included in the metrics data)
DNA per month by organisation - this graph is related to pre-scheduled appointments at an organisational level
Cancelled Appts per month by organisation - this graph is related to pre scheduled appointments at an organisational level
Appointments per month by clinic - this graph is related to pre scheduled appointments at a clinic/ practice level
Average appointment duration per month by clinic - this graph is related to pre scheduled appointments at a clinic/ practice level (Appointments over 4 hours long are not included in the metrics data)
DNA per month by clinic - this graph is related to pre scheduled appointments at a clinic/ practice level
Cancelled Appts per month by clinic - this graph is related to pre scheduled appointments at a clinic/ practice level
Meetings per month by organisation - this graph is related to instant meetings at an organisational level

Customising your Dashboard

This feature allows users to personalise the data they see. Start by selecting the '+'

You will then need to select a name for your dashboard, e.g. Questionnaire Data / Vaccinations Booked Q1 2021.

This will then appear at the top of the page, you can add additional dashboards by pressing '+':

You will need to select the dashboard in order to view and add the metrics.

To add a metric press 'Add Metric'.

You then need to select the data you would like to add to your dashboard (please see above a description of each metric).

The graphs will then be added to your dashboard.

You can add as many graphs as you like and you can have the same graph more than once if you want to compare different time periods, graph types etc.

Editing Metrics

Filters

To edit a graph select the triangle in the top right hand corner.

This gives you 6 options:

Move left - this will allow you to move the metric to the left
Move right - this will allow you to move the metric to the right
Filter - you can filter by date (as standard the data is displayed for the current month) or chart type.
Download JPG - this will allow you to download a picture of the metric
Download CSV - this will allow you to download a CSV of the data for the metric
Delete - this allows you to delete the metric

Editing

You can rename the dashboard or metric by double clicking on the heading, this will activate the text box for you to amend the name.

You can edit the data displayed for metrics that have under 10 data sets by pressing on the data set at the top of the metric.
