To use Q health for a video consultation on a PC we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Go to https://qhealth.io/ and press where it says 'Patient Login' in the top right corner.

You will then be taken to the login page where you will need to input your appointment code which will have been given either verbally or over SMS. Once input please press Login.

You might then see a screen that looks similar to the one below. If you do, please fill in the information requested. If you don't know some of the information, please just put N/A, UNKNOWN, or similar, as fields cannot be left blank.

After entering in your details (if applicable), please press on a timeslot you would like to book. After pressing on the time slot, you will receive a notice you need to 'Confirm' and you will then receive confirmation your appointment has been booked and will be directed to the 'Appointment Confirmed' page.

Below is a screenshot of the appointment confirmation screen where you will join the appointment from.

If you decide not to stay on the confirmation screen or have booked an appointment in the future, to get back to this screen to have your appointment simply go to https://qhealth.io/ and press login, then enter your code again at the time of your appointment.

When your appointment has been started by the clinician, your Appointment Confirmation page will update to show an 'Enter Consultation' button. Please press where it says 'Enter Consultation' in blue to join the appointment.

Upon joining the consultation you may be asked to give permission for Q health to access your camera and microphone. Please ensure you allow these permissions. Please press here for a guide on how to check your permissions.

At the end of the consultation, you may be asked to rate the experience and/or take a short questionnaire. If you do not wish to take part in either, please simply close the browser.

The final screen will look like this. Select exit to return to the Q health homepage, or just close the browser.
