Creating Your Account

To create an account on Q health, you will first need to be invited to your platform. If you have not received an invite email, please speak to the admin team of your account or get in touch with us on the live chat!

The invitation email will come from Q doctor - please check your junk in case it has ended up in there - and contains a link that you need to press on, as highlighted in the picture below.

Please ensure that the link is opened in Google Chrome or the latest version of Microsoft Edge. You will not be able to create your account using Internet Explorer.

This will then direct you to the account creation page! Here you will need to enter your first name, last name, and create a password for the account. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and include at least 1 capital letter and 1 digit
