To reset your Workspaces password use the ‘Forgot Password’ option from the login screen in the Workspaces App;

  • Enter your Username in the Username field.

  • Now complete the security verification by typing the random string from the image (your random string will be different) into the filed and then click ‘Recover Password’

  • If you see a 'Server Error' warning then make sure your registration code is correct by clicking on ‘Change Registration Code’ - it should be set to the code provided in your initial setup email from Amazon. Now try again from step 1 above.
