To reset your Workspaces password use the ‘Forgot Password’ option from the login screen in the Workspaces App;
Enter your Username in the Username field.
Now complete the security verification by typing the random string from the image (your random string will be different) into the filed and then click ‘Recover Password’
If you see a 'Server Error' warning then make sure your registration code is correct by clicking on ‘Change Registration Code’ - it should be set to the code provided in your initial setup email from Amazon. Now try again from step 1 above.
