If you are receiving the error message "Error: The selected practice id is invalid" when you press on the video consultation feature after setting up your toolbar, please follow the below steps.

Firstly, you will need to 'Restart as new user'. To do this, right click on the toolbar and select this option:

You will then need to set up the toolbar again, entering your first name, last name and NHS email:

When typing in your eConsult ID, please ensure that there is no space before or after the text - this can happen if you have copied the text from elsewhere. You will then receive a new verification code which you will need to enter before you can finish and launch the toolbar:

You will now be able to login and use video!
