Checking on iOS

To join a Meeting on your iPhone or iPad, your device must be using the latest operating system as Q health Meetings will only work with iOS version 12.4.5 or later. To check this, please go to the Settings on your device by pressing the following icon:

Scroll down and click where it says 'General' and then press 'About'. Under 'Software version' it will tell you the iOS that your device is running. To update your device (if necessary), please return to the 'General' settings menu and press 'Software Update'. This will check if there are any later versions your device can download, then you will need to press 'Download and Install'.

Checking on Android

To check your operating system on Android, please go to the Settings and then scroll until you see 'About Phone'. Press on this and then go to 'Software Information' and then check the 'Android Version'.

To update your phone, you can either search for 'Software Update' or go to 'Settings', then 'System & Updates' and then 'Software Update.

We recommend updating your device in good time before your appointment.
