During a Meeting, if you are able to hear an echo of your voice this is because the sound of your voice is being projected out of the speakers at the participants end, and then subsequently being fed back into their microphone so you can hear yourself. In order to stop the echo, the participant will need to make changes to the set up and their end.

We recommend the following solutions:

  1. Ask the participant to wear headphones where possible.

  2. Ask the participant to turn down their volume.

  3. Move the device to an open area to reduce noise bounce back.
