Help for users on what to do if you're having problems connecting.

I'm in a Q health Meeting and I can see my clinician but they can't see or hear me.

This could be because:

  1. Q health has not been allowed access to your microphone and camera,

  2. Your internet connection is not strong enough,

  3. Your device's operating system is too old,

  4. You were on a phone call at the time of joining the appointment.

I was on a phone call when I joined the Meeting.

If you were using your device for a phone call when you joined the Meeting, then please follow the below steps to rejoin the Meeting:

  1. Hang up the phone call.

  2. Refresh the Meeting page by pressing the circular arrow next to the URL.

  3. Enter your name on the page again and press the green 'Join' button.
