Check Q health can access your microphone and camera.

On a Computer

We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser, however we are compatible with all browsers except Internet Explorer. Press on the padlock in the top left hand corner of your screen and make sure the camera and microphone are set to allow.

If you are using Safari, to check your settings please press 'Safari' in the top left hand corner of your screen and then select 'Settings for This Website'.

Please then make sure the camera and microphone are set to allow in the permissions section.

After updating your settings, please refresh your page and re-join the Meeting.

On an Android Phone or Tablet

You must use Google Chrome for the Meeting. Press on the padlock next to the URL and then press 'Site Settings' and make sure the camera and microphone are set to allow.

After updating your settings, please refresh your page and re-join the Meeting.

On an iPhone or iPad

You must use Safari for the Meeting. Press the button that is two capital 'A' next to each other, and then go to 'Website Settings' and make sure the camera and microphone are set to allow.

After updating your settings, please refresh your page and re-join the Meeting.
