To use Q health for a video consultation you will need to download the Q health app if you're using an iOS/Android mobile device or tablet.

Once downloaded you will be asked to give permission for Q health to access your camera, microphone, location and to send you notifications. Please accept all of these permission requests.
You will then be asked to input your appointment code which will have been given either verbally or over SMS. Once input please press Enter.
You might then see a screen that looks similar to the one below. If you do, please fill in the information requested. If you don't know some of the information, please just put N/A, UNKNOWN, or similar, as fields cannot be left blank.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Please note that once you have booked your appointment it will be locked to that device, so you will need to return to the iOS/Android device at the time of your appointment to join.
After entering in your details (if applicable), please press on a timeslot you would like to book. After pressing on the time slot, you will receive a notice you need to 'Confirm' and you will then receive confirmation your appointment has been booked and will be directed to the 'Appointment Confirmed' page.
AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
If Your Phone is Unlocked
At the time of your appointment you will receive a call from Q health. If your phone is unlocked and/or you choose to stay in the app until your appointment start time, you will either receive a banner style notification for the call, or your screen will change to notify you of the incoming call. Answering the call will then take you into the consultation.
If Your Phone is Locked
If your phone is locked, on iOS slide to answer the call, then select the Q health icon in the bottom right to join the video consultation. On Android, press the Accept button to be taken into the call.
At the end of the consultation, you may be asked to rate the experience and/or take a short questionnaire. If you don't wish to take part in either of these simply skip them.
You can then exit back to the login page!
