We've just released the latest feature to enable users to change the meeting host of a pre-scheduled video appointment. This means admin can create the meeting, invite the patient and then transfer the video appointment so it appears in the clinician's scheduler.
To use this feature login to Q health and head to the Meetings section.
Select the Create day & Time option and enter a name for the meeting and the date and time.
Once created the consultation will be displayed on the date of the appointment (you may need to use the calendar feature to go to the correct date to invite patients and change the host).
You will then need to invite the patient to the consultation by pressing Invite (you also have the option to Edit and Delete if needed). You are able to invite the patient either by SMS, email, or by sending the link via an alternative means using Copy to clipboard.
Once you have invited the patient you can then transfer the meeting to a new host by pressing Change Host.
Then search by clinician name for the clinician you want to transfer the video consultation to. Only clinicians in your clinic will be visible.
Once selected press Confirm
The screen will then refresh and the meeting will no longer be visible on your Meeting scheduler but it will be visible in the new hosts Meeting scheduler.
Please note if you have started the consultation you will not be able to change the host.
